It has a chelation-like effect in removing heavy metals (particularly lead, mercury, cadmium, and arsenic), pesticides, herbicides, PCBs, and other toxins from the body, shown in a study of miners at Duke University. These toxins are strongly correlated with the occurrence of a wide range of diseases, including cancers and neurological disorders such as Alzheimer’s, autism, and dementia.

In testing people for a whole set of toxins consisting of 14 to 26 of the common heavy metals, pesticides, and herbicides, the people initially had on average 90 to 95% of the toxins in their liver, breast, and brain, whether they were live-food eaters or not.
The overall percentage of removal of these toxins from these organs was 88%, leaving only 12% of the toxins in their systems overall. This included 91% removal from the liver, 88% removal from the breast, and 87% removal from the brain. |
| In the 55 people tested the heavy metals, pesticides, and herbicide toxins, initially 801 toxins were found in the subjects’ livers, 825 toxins in the breasts, 824 toxins in the brain. |
| In observing thousands of fasters since 1988, fasting alone—although wonderful for enhancing the vital force—does not seem to significantly get rid of pesticides, herbicides, and heavy metals after 1 week by itself. |
| The basic mechanism we can draw from the literature and my present pilot study is that, by removing heavy metals, pesticides, herbicides, and DU, as well as through its effect of increasing immune system function, alkalizing the blood, blocking viral replication, and neutralizing free radicals, the NCD removes the blocks which compromise the vital life force. When the vital life force is freed up and activated, the body’s natural ability does the healing and relieving of these chronic diseases itself. With the NCD, we have returned to the basic natural healing theory for all chronic diseases. |

The molecules of pesticides attach themselves to dust particles and go everywhere. pesticides are being found in the Artic, in the bodies of polar bears, so we cannot escape synthetic chemicals, especially pesticides. Not only that, but anytime soils absorb pesticides, those residues remain in the soil. They leech into the roots of plants, and they end up in the food crops. So if soil, even if it goes organic, has ever used in its farming practices a pesticide, there's going to be some contamination. |

Zeolite appears to block viral replication, and may prove to be a potent anti-viral and general remedy for all viruses. To date, 40 anecdotal cases of herpes zoster have reportedly been healed. Preliminary anecdotal case studies suggest that it may help alleviate rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis, and hepatitis C as well as the common cold and flu. |

Studies have demonstrated the detrimental effects of pesticides on developing brains. Preschool children from rural communities in the United States have shown poorer performance on motor speed and latency than do those in urban communities where the exposure is less pronounced.43 In Mexico, children with higher exposure to pesticides had diminished motor skills, short-term memory, hand-eye coordination, and drawing ability than those in urban communities. |
| However, today more than six hundred pesticides are registered, and, in the United States, nearly 500 million kilograms are applied yearly.42 Studies have demonstrated the detrimental effects of pesticides on developing brains. Many of the grains used in commercial pet food contain levels of herbicides, pesticides, and fungicides that are cancer-causing agents. These are grains that did not pass inspection for use in human foods because of the levels of herbicides, pesticides, fungicides, or mycotoxins; however, they are deemed fit for use in pet foods. Little, if any, testing or research is undertaken to determine levels of these toxic substances in pet foods. |

| If you want to banish pesticides from your child's diet, research suggests that organic food will do the trick for two common pesticides. Researchers found that pesticide levels in children's bodies dropped to zero after just a few days of eating organic produce and grains.
"After they switch back to a conventional diet, the levels go up," says Chensheng Lu, coauthor of the study and an assistant professor of environmental and occupational health at Emory University in Atlanta. |

Require food manufacturers to list acrylamides, pesticides and heavy metals content on the label
Food companies don't really want you to know what's in their foods. Oh, they claim to list everything on the label, but that's not really everything. What's missing? All the stuff that kills you: the acrylamides, pesticides, heavy metals and other contaminants that are either sprayed on the foods, absorbed through the soils or created during high-heat cooking processes.
Acrylamides are cancer-causing substances created when carbohydrates are cooked at high temperatures -- frying, baking, etc. |

Nor is there any requirement to disclose which foods were grown with pesticides, herbicides or other chemicals banned in the United States (and U.K.) but still legal in other places like Central and South America.
If that last sentence surprises you, it should: not one in a hundred American consumers is aware that it is perfectly legal for U.S. chemical companies to export dangerous chemical pesticides (like DDT) that have been banned for use on crops in the United States. |
| Those pesticides are sold to countries with lower environmental and health standards which turn around and use them on crops that are exported right back to the USA. So U.S. consumers end up eating produce grown with the very same pesticides banned in the United States, and it's all perfectly legal and openly accepted by the Food and Drug Administration and U.S. Department of Agriculture.
In the U.S., there's also the issue of so-called "illegal immigrants" (which I believe to be a strange term, since in my opinion there's no such thing as an "illegal" human being). On one hand, U.S. |

Most people don't know that disinfectants are pesticides. They are regulated by the same rules, and many moms and dads want to feed their kids organic foods because they don't want their children consuming pesticides. Yet, they'll run around the house spraying disinfectants, which are pesticides, in the air, so children breathe the disinfectants, wipe them off the counter and put them in their mouth.

Industrial xenoestrogens, that is substances that imitate estrogen, comprise 0.0000025% of the daily intake of estrogens in the diet. [Environmental Health Perspectives 103:346-51, 1995] Most of these are weak estrogens that would dull the effect of natural estrogen, thus reducing the risk for hormone-related cancer. |

Exposure to environmental toxins (pollution, food additives, radiation, pesticides, and cigarette smoke, for example) stimulates the production of free radicals. If the body is unable to neutralize free radicals, the end result may be damage to the body's cells, tissues, and organs. This damage has been associated with several complications of diabetes, including injury to the heart and blood vessels. In addition, free-radical damage is a well-known cause of the accelerated aging of tissues in the body. |

A food labeled "all natural" can contain pesticides, herbicides, toxic heavy metals, trace amounts of PCBs, toxic fluoride, hidden MSG, high-temperature cooking byproducts, synthetic chemical vitamins and dozens of other non-natural substances. This is all perfectly allowed and tolerated by the FDA as well as all virtually every media outlet in the world. Cable news stations, magazines, newspapers and other media giants are all too happy to take money from junk food manufacturers and run their advertisements claiming their foods are "all natural. |

Soap berries are grown without pesticides. All soap berries are naturally organic. (Because bugs don't like to eat soap.) Their cultivation is earth-friendly and sustainable, which is in great contrast to the chemical production of laundry detergent which pollutes our waters, soils and bodies. Soap berry saponins can even be used to cleanse the soil and help rid it of toxic substances.
You can even make a natural garden pesticide out of soap berries, and use it to protect your plants from pests without poisoning your food or soil. |

| China's food and herbal products are so routinely contaminated with pesticides and heavy metals that high-quality supplement formulators in the United States refuse to buy products from China anymore. But the really clever part in all this is that blaming China prevents people from paying attention to the dangerous ingredients openly allowed in the U.S. food supply by the FDA.
Specifically, the FDA currently allows known cancer-causing chemicals to be widely used in both foods and drugs. |

Not only is the milk contaminated with pus, blood and detectable levels of pesticides and other chemicals, it's also homogenized, meaning the fats are artificially modified in a way that makes them stay in suspension. This homogenization also makes milk fats dangerous to cardiovascular health. While I support the consumption of raw, unprocessed milk, I think that consuming processed, homogenized milk is dangerous to the health of infants, children and adults alike!
